Description
The Sales Executive will be accountable for promoting the company’s products or services, developing long-term client relationships, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Promote and sell company products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions using solid product knowledge.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and prepare reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions as required.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer contacts, and follow-ups.
- Stay up to date with best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Preferable chemical background in graduation.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a similar role.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
Competencies
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• CRM systems knowledge is a plus
• Fluency in English (Reading/Writing/Speaking)

Attractive salary with commission + transport and communication allowance
