Production Team Leader

Job Description

• Perform and ensure all the operations as per the instruction given by his superior
• Lead & supervise the shift manpower and organise them as per the work priorities during the shift
• Ensure that all operations are executed as per cGMP standards
• To plan the issuance of raw materials timely from the warehouse to meet the production plan
• To ensure that the batch processing is carried out as per BMR procedure and timely correct entries are made
• To control Deviations, investigation of OOT/OOS, implementation of CAPA activities in production areas
• To review the executed BMR, BCR, BPR & other production related documents
• To ensure that cGMP is being followed by subordinates & wherever necessary and guide them
• To communicate with various departments like Maintenance,  QC, QA, & P.D. Lab, in respect to production & its related activities
• To ensure safety adherence and implementation of processes in a safe way in the production areas
• To impart training to production personnel
• To follow  Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and make sure it is implemented by subordinates
• To report any problem occurred in the production operations or equipment and suggest revisions for production procedure to facilitate the work
