Production Supervisor

Job Description

• To prepare production related SOPs, BMRs, BCRs & related documents and follow their implementation in the Production Area
• Follow up plans micro execution and manage deviations to achieve the production targets with constant yield and quality
• To ensure troubleshooting & to provide necessary guideline to subordinates
• To ensure the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices in Production Area
• To plan the issuance of raw material timely from the warehouse to meet the production plan
• To control Deviations, investigation of OOT/OOS, implementation of CAPA activities in production area
• To review the filled BMR, BCR, BPR & other production related documents
• To co-ordinate with various departments like Engineering dept, QC ,QA, R&D.Lab, HR & BD Dept for production related activities
• To ensure safety adherence in production area
• To impart training to production supervisors & their subordinates
• Assist in equipment selection and capacity calculation of various products
• Interviewing of candidates for various positions in the department
• Miscellaneous production-related tasks as per the directions of the department director
